We work from 2 weeks up to 24+ months. Most corporate stays fall between 1 and 6 months, but we accommodate both shorter project needs and longer employee secondments.
Yes — this is one of our core strengths. We block-book across properties, coordinate group check-ins, and can place teams in the same building or neighbourhood for community benefit.
Every apartment is fully furnished, with kitchen equipment, linen, and all utilities (electricity, water, heating, WiFi) included. Access to building amenities — gym, coworking, community spaces — is included for all residents.
Yes. We issue one invoice per month per agreement, which can cover multiple employees and apartments. We also support purchase orders and can work with your finance team's process.
Berlin and Munich. In Berlin we have three properties across Mitte, Schöneberg, and Prenzlauer Berg. In Munich we are in Maxvorstadt. We are expanding — ask us about upcoming locations.
Yes, with reasonable notice. We build flexibility into corporate agreements so that extensions and early exits don't come with punishing clauses. Plans change — we accommodate that.
Each resident has access to our on-site team during business hours and an emergency line around the clock. We also run community events, and our team actively welcomes new arrivals into the building's social rhythm.
